TWO BIT CONSULTING

WHAT WE DO

Technology isn't complicated. People are.

Most tech problems aren't really tech problems — they're people problems wearing a tech costume. The tool isn't the issue. It's whether anyone understands it, trusts it, or actually wants to use it.

That's what we work on. Whether you're an individual trying to get more out of your devices, an organization trying to figure out why your systems keep getting in everyone's way, or someone who needs a home on the web that actually looks like you — we help you cut through the noise and find something that fits.

FOR INDIVIDUALS

Personal technology support

You bought the thing. You set it up. And now it mostly works, except for the parts that don't — and those parts are driving you crazy. We help individuals get their technology actually working the way they expected it to when they bought it.

We specialize in Apple products and the Apple ecosystem, but honestly, most technology problems aren't that different at their core. If something's broken, confusing, or just slower than it should be, let's fix it.

Setup & configuration

New device? Let's get it set up right the first time.

Troubleshooting

Something's broken and you don't know why. We do.

Security & privacy

Protecting your data without making your life harder.

Data migration

Moving from old device to new without losing anything.

Training

At your pace. No jargon. No judgment.

Backup & recovery

FOR ORGANIZATIONS

Technology consulting for mission-driven organizations

Small organizations — nonprofits, arts organizations, creative businesses — often get stuck in a familiar place: the technology is technically working, but it's not really working. Staff work around it. Nobody trusts it. IT decisions get made reactively instead of intentionally.

We help organizations figure out what they actually need, build the infrastructure to support it, and — just as importantly — get people to actually use it. We've spent twenty years doing this work in the nonprofit and higher education space, and the lesson is always the same: the technology is rarely the hard part.

IT strategy & planning

Helping you make technology decisions that match your actual goals.

macOS & Apple deployment

Device management, MDM, security policy, and everything in between.

Google Workspace

Setup, administration, SSO, and getting your team to actually use it.

Fractional IT leadership

Senior IT thinking without the full-time cost. Good for small orgs in transition.

AI integration

Cutting through the hype to find what's actually useful for your work.

Fractional IT leadership

Senior IT thinking without the full-time cost. Good for small orgs in transition.

We work best with organizations of 5–100 people who need strategic thinking, not just hands on keyboards.

HOW IT WORKS

No surprises

We start with a conversation — free, no obligation. You tell me what's going on; we'll tell you honestly whether I can help and what that would look like. If it's a good fit, we figure out a structure that makes sense: hourly, project-based, or a retainer if you need something ongoing.

We don't do unnecessary complexity. We don't recommend tools we'd be embarrassed to use ourselves. And we don't disappear once the project is "done."
